Post-birthday wrap-up

I just re-read my last post and the "worse than I've been in years" made me laugh. How dramatic. I am still sick. But really the only reason it's the worst in years is because I've basically managed to NOT be sick.

ANYWAY!

Being sick didn't keep me from having a super-happy birthday! I was so excited to have Kevin at my place, hangin' out, cuddlin', eatin' chocolate.

We had breakfast out - luckily the rain had stopped by the time we went. It was nice to get a little fresh air.

This is what we ate:


Mmmm. The bacon was super-crispy.

Then we went back home and lounged around for a few hours.


Then Kev went back to New Jersey to record another one of his 100 songs. (Thursday is the 100th day!!)

Later, Matt and Sara came by with goodies and birthday wishes! I took this photo using my new gorillapod, which Matt gave me. (YAY!)


I had a lovely day and look forward to more festivities soon! :)

Oh! And my cousin Sarah had her third baby yesterday. John Ambrose Franklin shares my birthday! :) (Congrats, Sarah!)
