I only managed to see one this year, but it was a great one - I highly recommend it. The Amish Project, written and performed by Jessica Dickey and directed by Sarah Cameron Sunde (who I worked with on 365 Days/365 Plays and God's Ear).
Dickey wrote this one-woman play in response to the Nickel Mines shooting - imagining what some of the people involved (including the gunman, his wife, some of the children, and people in the community) could have gone through. It's beautiful and moving - and you can still see it!
