Los Angeles City Walk: Downtown (Bunker Hill)

On Monday, I went downtown and used City Walk as my guide.

City Walk: Downtown (Bunker Hill)

Here are some of the sights...

Bonaventure Hotel. This is when I learned that actually reading the short paragraph on the City Walk cards is a good idea. (I'm kinda lazy - look at the map & assume I know what I'm supposed to do/see.) Anyway. Because of the card, I took the "Red" glass elevator up to the 36th floor and knew that it was used in the movie True Lies. (I never saw True Lies, but some people probably find that interesting.)

so fun to see you running around LA - love the blue shoes :o) I love to explore LA - there is so much to see and photograph - I used to go up there once a month for a year for a class and always went early to explore. Speaking of which, I encourage you to check out the Julia Dean Photo Workshops www.juliadean.com in Venice - Julia is a great resource and if you're really looking for a job - she may have a need or know someone - or maybe you're looking for freelance? Regardless, I think you two should meet. Tell her Kat from San Diego sent you.
