I ate a lot today.
This morning, Rick and I went to King Hua in Alhambra for some dim sum. Food was good, but a bit overpriced. Any suggestions on places to get dim sum (extra points for good vegetarian options) in Los Angeles would be appreciated!
Then, tonight, I met up with fellow Fiesta Agents Sandy and Sebastian of YogaArmy! We went to Mamma's in South Pasadena for pizza. It's the closest thing to NY pizza that I've found on the West coast! Very yummy. And it was great hanging out with them - s much fun!!

Ghosts of NIMH
On Thursday night, Rick and I headed to Lake Forest to a bar called The Gyspy to hear his brother's band Ghosts of NIMH.
We took the Fiesta, which Rick drove, in the interest of time. I'm getting much more comfortable with the manual transmission, but I still tend to take my time getting from place to place. :) We filled up the gas for the first time too - boy do I love free gas!
It was a 50 mile drive, which could take between 1 and 3 hours to go, depending on traffic. Luckily, it was on the lower end of that! Even if it had taken 3 hours, though, it would have been worth it!
I took advantage of being in the passenger seat by playing with the voice commands in the car! You can control the temperature, the radio stations, your phone, and your mp3 player with your voice! It took a little trial and error (mostly human error), but we got it working!
I loved the show - I'd totally buy Ghost of NIMH's CD, if it was out! And it's a lot of fun watching Chris play - he's great! And Rick is such a proud older brother - it was neat to see him see Chris. :)

Easter with Rick's family!
On Easter Sunday, I went to Corona Del Mar to spend time with Rick's family.
We visited with everyone, ate, hunted for eggs, and took a walk on the beach!
It was a lovely day...

Joshua Tree...again!
My friend David and I drove to Joshua Tree last week! It was nice timing, as many flowers were in bloom - colors were completely different from when Rick and I went a few months ago!
We did some picture-taking, rock scrambling, and camping. It was a short trip, but a lot of fun! I took my Lomo Fisheye camera with me...

Check out more of my photos here. And you can see David's awesome pics here!
